Worst company! They installed our furnace and converted the home from oil to gas. Their furnace has failed safety standards and has been shut off by Enbridge. The company has failed to fix issues stemming from the original installation, causing the brand new furnace to rust out and be in need of a full replacement 1.5 years later. The company fails to return my attempts at reaching an agreement to rectify the situation, and has chased another local company off the job of replacing my furnace and providing my family with heat before winter. This company would rather see my family and child freeze all winter than own up to their failed installation and provide quality service.
