My boyfriend and I booked one night at McMillan's when we could find no other accommodation in the area. What a pleasant surprise! Never again will we look for hotels when passing through. It truly felt like a night at the cottage. We only experienced breakfast in the dining hall but it was excellent ....best poached eggs ever according to my boyfriend....thanks Mom/ Gran for the tips! But the thing that stood out most to me , next to the hospitality, was the cleanliness of the place! The bathroom and shower facilities were spotless! As were the cabins. I'm one fussy person when it comes to sanitary washrooms and I've never seen a higher standard than these. Even the exhaust fan was clean! We will definitely visit again and I have recommended McMillan's to my sons and their wives as a great getaway....no one has to cook! Thanks Colleen, Gord and Mom/ Gran.
