Phaze 1 Fitness Centre is located at 100 Pembroke st at the corner of Mackay st. Over 7000 sq ft fitness centre with over 30 modern cardio machines, tons of free weights, more than 40 selectorized strenght machines, stretching area, personal trainers, tanning salon with both stand up and lay down beds, tanning lotions, Capsi-fuel and Isagenix products, newly renovated change rooms, climate controlled and open longer hours to serve you better.
Monday to Thursday 5:30am to 10pm. Friday 5:30am to 8pm and weekends 9am to 5pm
